moinAI was evolving, but they couldn’t say the same for their homepage. Even though moinAI’s AI chatbot technology is revolutionary, their homepage didn’t reflect the quality of their solution.
Instead, the homepage turned into a distracting hodgepodge of different styles, elements, and illustrations. The marketing team couldn’t create ad campaigns with a recognizable look and feel. Visitors weren’t convinced moinAI was the right solution.
Everything felt glued together, and potential customers were leaving.
Our journey started with brand discovery. moinAI desperately needed a cohesive visual direction to improve their brand recognition, so I brought in an expert brand identity designer.
Since market research showed that the old homepage wasn’t structured to instill confidence in moinAI, we zeroed in on the website strategy and information architecture. Right from the start, we knew we needed the landing page to engage potential customers, so we created the wireframes with this goal in mind.
Once the foundations were in place, it was time to design and develop moinAI’s sleek new homepage.
It didn’t take long for moinAI to see the results. Their bounce rate went down by 2.9%, the average session duration increased by 13.9%, and they saw a 6.19% increase in pages per session. What began as an inconsistently designed website became a powerful first impression of moinAI.
